How it Works

Signing Up

To sign up for a scoop service, fill out our booking form. You will be asked to specify some options such as service type, number of dogs and location.

We will then reach out to confirm, discuss date preferences and get you on the schedule!

Payment

Recurring service invoices are billed monthly or customers can choose to set up auto pay through our client portal.

One-time scoop payments are due upon scoopletion.

First Responders, Active Duty Military, Veterans receive 10% off all services.

Waste Removal

We can take the poo with us!

Waste removal is one of our add-on options when you schedule your service with us.

Recurring service customers are charged a $5 fee for each monthly billing cycle. One-time customers also have the option to add on the service for a $10 fee.

Yard Deodorizing

Yes, it’s a real thing!

We offer yard deodorizing as one of our add-on options. We use a chemical free formula to help eliminate pet odors in your yard such as poop, urine and vomit. It even works against skunk spray!

We charge this service by the size of the area you’d like treated at a rate of $10/quarter acre.

Winter Landmines

We scoop through the winter!

Your service may be adjusted slightly to accommodate significant snow fall & thawing periods, but you will always be notified of any service change.

Weather Policy

Safety will always come first.

Significant snow falls or poor road conditions may prohibit our ability to travel safely. Severe weather may also prohibit our ability to safely scoop your yard.

You will always be notified of any service disruptions.
